Because of Dad's 90th birthday party, we opted to not have a reunion this year. Most of the family were there and the ones we missed will be at the Short Springs School for the Memorial Day program. There are not too many people left that called Short Springs home anymore. Several ancestors still come, so I think the memories will carry on many more years. There is always good entertainment and singing, and the speaker this year is Roland Pederson, senator from Oklahoma. It will be fun as always. Call the family up and have a gathering.
