The Northwestern Oklahoma State University Foundation & Alumni Association has announced Katherine (Kat) Lunn is its new communications and marketing manager. Lunn will be responsible for the creative and strategic development and execution of marketing and communication programs.

"We are excited to have Kat on our team," said Skeeter Bird, CEO, Northwestern Foundation & Alumni Association. "We look forward to the impact her enthusiasm and creative spirit will add to our organization's mission and work."

Lunn spent a year and a half at Northwestern before completing her Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona.

She returned to Alva in July of 2018 to work as a reporter for the Alva Review Courier, where she has completed both video and photography projects, as well as writing news stories. In addition, she has worked for Lynn Martin Photography.

She and her husband, Trey, are parents to their two-year-old daughter, Brie. They are expecting a son, Isaiah, in July. Trey is a 2014 Northwestern graduate.
