Board of Adjustments holding public hearings

The Alva Board of Adjustments will hold public hearings on two items Monday, June 10. The meeting is in the council chambers at City Hall at 6 p.m.
Huverton Plain at 615 8th Street has asked for a conditional use permit for a mobile home.
Peak Environment on behalf of Manuel Vasquez is requesting a street set back variance of 23.5 feet from the street center line in place of 25 feet per the ordinance for a privacy fence at 724 Seiling.
During the public hearing, citizens present may make remarks and ask questions about the two requests.
