Dickie Ledon Seiger, 50, of Alva, has been charged with attempted burglary in the first degree, a felony. Court information states Seiger allegedly attempted to break in and enter a house owned and occupied by Derek Seevers in the 1100 block of Choctaw in Alva. This crime is punishable by imprisonment for three and one-half to ten years.
