Hannaford, Hughbanks honored by Leadership Oklahoma

Bo Hannaford of Northwestern Oklahoma State University, Alva, has been chosen by Leadership Oklahoma as a member of the 33rd annual class.

Class 33 is a diverse group of leaders with a broad range of experience and interests who are expected to enhance the knowledge and understanding of the critical issues impacting the state. Over the next ten months, Class 33 members will meet monthly to visit nine communities – Seminole, Lawton/Fort Sill, Tulsa, Tahlequah, Oklahoma City, McAlester, Bartlesville, Guymon and Norman – to discuss the many social, environmental and economic complexities of the state in an effort to stimulate inquiry, analysis and solutions for the public good.

Kyle Hughbanks, president and CEO of BancCentral, Alva, has been chosen by Leadership Oklahoma Board of Directors executive committee as a member of the 2019-2020 board of directors.

This program has an impact on the entire state with more than 1,600 program graduates representing communities from Idabel to Guymon and Altus to Miami. The board of directors is representative of that membership and has the energy and vision to continue the goal of creating a dynamic network of leaders to shape Oklahoma's future and to fulfill Leadership Oklahoma's vision of Oklahoma leaders making Oklahoma the leader.
