Police investigate body found in Oklahoma cemetery

 


BACHE, Okla. (AP) — Officials are investigating a homicide after a body was found at an eastern Oklahoma cemetery.

KOCO-TV reports Pittsburg County Sheriff Chris Morris says the unidentified man's corpse was discovered Thursday morning on a roadway at the Red Oak Cemetery in Bache. Morris says a cemetery visitor found the man, who appears to have been between 40 and 55 years old, this morning.

Authorities believe the body was taken to the cemetery overnight.

Morris says no suspects have been taken into custody....
