Maxine (Max) L. Murrow, 87 passed from this life on Saturday, July 6, 2019.

Maxine was born in rural Woods County northwest of Alva, Oklahoma, in 1932 to Alphie Ora and Mayme (Wagoner) Finfrock. She spent her childhood on the family farm and graduated from Farry High School in western Woods County. Maxine was the second child of four with an older brother Theodore and younger twin sisters Joan and Jean.

She married E. Leon Murrow in 1949, at the Cora Church of the Nazarene the union was blessed with a daughter, Bonnie Jean, who did not survive infancy, and sons Ricky L Murrow (Anita) of Enid,...
