A Carmen man was arrested July15 after failing to register his address with authorities. Leslie Dean Weese Jr., 36, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender, a felony. This crime is punishable by imprisonment of not more than five years or a fine not to exceed $5,000 or both imprisonment and fine.
