The Kiowa District Hospital Board of Directors met for their regular July meeting last Thursday evening. President Pat Myers called the meeting to order with all members present: Jim Parker, Chantae Simpson, Miranda Allen and Jeff Miller. KDH CEO and Hospital Administrator Robert Whitaker and Manor Administrator Tami Klinedinst sat at the board table. KDH CFO Janell Goodno was also present as were several other hospital and manor employees and some from Cohesive management/consulting with whom KDH is contracted.
