Tulsa man charged with sexual battery

 


A Tulsa man has been charged with a felony in Alfalfa County after a woman reported he inappropriately touched her at a residence in Cherokee.

Joshua Adam Graves, 29, of Tulsa, is charged with sexual battery, a felony punishable by imprisonment for up to 10 years. He is accused of intentionally fondling and making other sexual advances toward a woman, age 46, in a lewd and lascivious manner and without her consent.

According to court records, the incident occurred the night of July 17 and was reported to the Cherokee Police Department the morning of July 18. The victim told Cherokee Police...
