Friday morning, Aug. 2, at Bill Johnson Correctional Center (BJCC), 42 men graduated with their GED certificates. The class valedictorian is Cole Bumgardner and the salutatorian is Andrew Walz. Both men presented short speeches to their classmates.

Warden Becky Guffy welcomed everyone to the graduation. Guffy shared a quote from Martin Luther King Jr.: "The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in the moment of comfort and convenience but where he stands in the moment of challenge and controversy."

"Where you stand and what you do when you leave here will be the ultimate measur...
