The Barber County 2019 Fair Results are listed for 4-H and FFA members. For each grand champion, the entry must have first won a Champion and a blue ribbon. Entries with a State Fair Blue designation will be eligible to exhibit at the Kansas State Fair in September, if a class exists. Livestock entries do not qualify in the same manner; therefore, state fair blue ribbons are not used in livestock departments.
