Voters in Alfalfa County who want to have absentee ballots mailed to them for the Sept. 10 Special Election for the Aline-Cleo SD I-04 should apply now, County Election Board Secretary Kelly Stein said today. Although the county election board can accept applications for absentee ballots until 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 4, Stein urged voters who want to vote by absentee ballot to apply early.
