The Bearcats' season will begin by traveling to Cordell this Friday night (Aug. 30). The first home game will be on Sept. 13 against Merritt, and it will be homecoming. Both games begin at 7 p.m.

Freedom has two student athletes wearing Bearcat blue for the season: Senior Lance Bolar (#25) and Sophomore Justin Duke Morris (#73).

Freedom has junior high players also playing Bearcat football this season. The schedule is as follows:
