Alva man charged second time with stalking

Despite three misdemeanor charges for protective order violation and a felony charge for stalking, an Alva woman says a man has continued attempts to contact her.

On June 14, Alyssa Kenyon filed a protective order against Shaun O’Brien McLelland in Woods County District Court.

On June 25, July 30 and July 31, McLelland was charged with protective order violations. On July 31, a felony stalking charge was filed against McLelland. He was arrested and jailed but bonded out.
