RUSSELLVILLE, ARK. – The East Central University women's cross country team has been picked to finish second in the Great American Conference for 2019, as voted on by the league's head coaches.

2018 returning champions Oklahoma Baptist was picked to repeat in 2019, earning 10 of the 12 first-place votes and 119 points. The Tigers were close behind with 109 points and a first-place vote. Harding was the other team to earn a first-place vote, finishing third (103 points).
