Northwestern to host Constitution Day speaker

Constitution Day 2019 at Northwestern Oklahoma State University is Wednesday, Sept. 18, at noon in the Northwestern Student Center Ranger Room. Admission is free and open to all.
The program, sponsored by the Northwestern Institute for Citizenship Studies, is titled, “A Conservative Rebel: The Life and Contributions of John Dickinson, Founder, Framer, Soldier, & Emancipator.” This year’s observance will involve an examination of the life and contributions of John Dickinson (1732-1808).
