An Alva man is facing charges in Woods County District Court after two incidents on August 28.

Court records show at 7:36 a.m. on Aug. 28, Alva Police Officer Brian File went to Buena Vista Apartments to take a vandalism report from Teira Funchess. He spoke to Funchess who said she and her ex, Jeremy Easterling, had been arguing and fighting over the past couple of days. She said over a day ago, she kicked Easterling out of her apartment, and on Aug. 27 Easterling was given a trespass notice not to come back to Buena Vista by K9 Officer Kris Franta.
