1:34 a.m. – Caller advised of a dog that was barking and he looked outside and noticed a dog across the street was wrapped up around a tire. Officer tried to untangle the dog but it wouldn't let him near it.

During this day there were five traffic stops and one civil papers served.
12:11 p.m. – Advised a welfare check was needed on a person in the 1000 block of Kansas.
3:02 p.m. – Advised a welfare check was needed on a person in the 1000 block of Kansas.
Thursday, September 12, 2019
During this day there was one traffic stop.
6:42 a.m. – Medic was needed for a child having an allergic reaction. Medic took the patient to St. Mary's Hospital in Enid.
11:45 a.m. – Medic alarm went off in the 600 block of Maple.
2:43 p.m. – Welfare check was needed for a person who was riding a motorized wheelchair on the highway between Sonic and Dollar General.
5:01 p.m. – Caller advised of people parked in the yard, in the 200 block of Kansas, without permission and would like them moved.
5:55 p.m. – Medic was needed for a female who had fallen. Medic took patient Bass Hospital in Enid.
7:21 p.m. – Caller advised of man who attempted to grab her 8-year-old son. Officers were advised and looked for the suspect.
7:22 p.m. – Woods County advised they were dropping a person off at the county line; the man was walking and has no vehicle or license.
8:10 p.m. – Grant County advised of a reckless driver. Officer made contact. Advised driver was okay.

During this day there were 12 traffic stops and one civil papers served.
9 a.m. – A call from the commissioners office. Advised they needed an officer in the office with unknown problem. Deputy went upstairs and advised everything was okay.
6 p.m. – Alarm company advised of a burglar alarm going off on Oklahoma Highway 8. Everything was okay.

During this day there were six traffic stops.
2:03 p.m. – Alarm company advised of a residential burglar alarm in the 1100 block of Kansas.
11:37 p.m. – Caller advised of a silver vehicle that drove by her house and parked about two blocks away. They turned off their lights and the caller thinks the occupants noticed that she was outside and talking on her phone and they turned their lights on and drove away. Caller advised they were now at the Jiffy Trip. Officer advised the subject said they were trying to get wifi. One officer thought maybe their story wasn't true and was looking for another male on foot in the area. Officer was unable to locate the second male.

2:37 a.m. – Caller advised of three male individuals loading up a couch in a dark SUV in the alley behind ACB Bank. Caller advised the vehicle was headed north out of the alley and turn right toward Grand Avenue. Caller advised one male was running behind with the hatch open. Officer was unable to locate.
10:20 a.m. – Caller advised she went to town real quick and left her 11-year-old son home alone and an older male came to the door with what looked like a police badge but no police car asking the son if anyone over 15 years old was home. The son told him no and the man left. Caller wanted to make a police report and the son is willing to provide a sketch of the badge.
11 a.m. – Medic was needed for female in the 300 block of Pennsylvania. Medic took patient to Bass Hospital in Enid.
11:38 a.m. – Caller would like to make a report about her being harassed.
12:23 p.m. – Welfare check was needed at the apartments on 300 W. Cherokee.
3:50 p.m. – Medic was needed for a female who had fallen. Medic took the patient to Bass Hospital in Enid.
3:56 p.m. – Medic was needed for a male that had fallen. No transport was needed.
