An Alva man is facing three felony charges involving child pornography. On Sept. 16, Dalton Zane Cunningham, 25, of Alva, was charged in Woods County with (1) procurement of child for pornography, (2) possession of juvenile pornography and (3) violation of Oklahoma statute via computer.

The first charge is punishable by imprisonment up to 20 years. The second is punishable by imprisonment for not more than 20 years or by the imposition of a fine of not more than $25,000, or by both fine and imprisonment.
