Rangers lose to Quachita Baptist 31-11

In a road game at Arkadelphia, Arkansas, the Northwestern Rangers lost 31-11 to the Ouachita Baptist Tigers, the top team in the conference. NWOSU had trouble getting an offense going until the third quarter. The Tigers led at the half 21-0. But the Rangers scored a touchdown, conversion and field goal in the third to narrow the margin to 24-11. A penalty in the fourth quarter took the steam out of a Ranger drive and OBU added another score to put a win out of reach.

With 10:52 left in the first quarter, OBU put the first score on the board on a Brayden Brazeal touchdown pass to Allie Freeman....
