Cherokee man charged with indecent exposure

Apparently angry over a social media post, a Cherokee man is now charged with indecent exposure and malicious injury to property.

Court records show on Wednesday, Sept. 18, around 3 p.m. Cherokee Police Officer Mike Andrews was contacted by Alfalfa County Dispatch to respond to an address on Fifth Street. When he arrived, he spoke to Lloyd Puffinbarger who said around 2 p.m. Nathan Schanbacher came to his home. He said Schanbacher had a wild look on his face and was banging on his front door.

Puffinbarger said after looking out the window, he decided not to open or answer the door as it appear...
