SHAWNEE – Another straight-set triumph for Oklahoma Baptist was the result on Tuesday night when the Bison faced off against Northwestern Oklahoma State inside Mabee Arena at the Noble Complex.
It was much the same for OBU as it has been for the entirety of their Division II-era record eight-match win streak, pairing a relentless defensive effort with an efficient offensive approach. The Bison hit .356 for the match against Northwestern, averaging 15.7 kills across three sets while holding the Rangers to a .112 hitting percentage and a miserly 9.7 kills per set.
