David Moore, son of the late Orlando Murl Forsythe and Frances R. Rosetta, was born April 30, 1943, at San Bernardino, California, and passed away September 27, 2019, at Alva, Oklahoma, at the age of 76 years, 4 months, and 28 days.

David was a high school graduate and worked as a county mechanic in Arizona. He was united in marriage to Gloria Ann Seebeck on November 10, 1979, at Flagstaff, Arizona. They made their home in Prescott, Arizona, until his retirement in 2005 when they moved to Alva. David enjoyed hunting, fishing, painting on canvas, and loving life.
