Freedom man charged with assaulting sister

A felony warrant has been issued for a Freedom man on a charge of domestic abuse. Thomas Anthony Flowers, 30, of Freedom, is charged with domestic abuse – prior pattern of physical abuse. He is alleged to have committed an assault and battery on Priscilla Freeman, his sister, by punching her multiple times on the right side of her head with a closed fist. Regarding the prior pattern, on June 20, 2019, Flowers was charged in Woods County with misdemeanor assault and battery.
