Wilson of Northwestern makes his mark at the Chile Pepper Festival

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The Northwestern Oklahoma State University men's cross country team took the course in the 31st Chile Pepper Cross Country Festival, hosted by the University of Arkansas, turning in a 26th place finish.

Kory Wilson put his name on the Northwestern men's Top 10 times list as he crossed the finish at 28:07.5 for 10th place in school history to join Garrison Blanton and Noble Buckhaults as active runners in the Top 10.

Thirty-nine teams with a total of 346 runners competed in the race.
