The Alva Street Department continues to work at the E. Flynn and Meno intersection. Now permanent culverts are being installed. Meanwhile the intersection is closed.
The Alva Street Department continues to work at the E. Flynn and Meno intersection. The street collapsed in heavy spring rains and was temporarily repaired. Now permanent culverts are being installed. Meanwhile the intersection is closed. Access is still open to the Garnett fuel pumps on the north....
