Airport Commission meets Tuesday

Due to the Columbus Day holiday on Monday, the Alva Airport Commission meeting will be held Tuesday, Oct. 15, at 7 p.m.
The meeting will begin with a vote on approval of minutes of the last meeting. There will be a city council report and a report from the Alva Regional Airport manager.
The commission will discuss and possibly take action on building security. The airport manager has been collecting estimates from local contractors to address security issues.
At the end of the meeting, commission members may make remarks or inquiries on any topic. The commission will then hear remarks and inqu...
