A Waynoka man has been charged with a misdemeanor after he allegedly ran up a beer tab and failed to pay it.

Court records show on Sept. 29 at 2:44 a.m. Waynoka Police Officer Adam Barlow was conducting foot patrol through the UTV Takeover event on Main Street near the intersection of Santa Fe when he was approached by Dina Greiner and her husband John Greiner. They said they ran the bar vendor Travelin Taphouse.
