Aline man charged with damaging wife's car

An Aline man has been charged with a felony after he allegedly caused over $2,500 damage to his wife’s car.

Jesse Mark Patterson, 54, of Aline, is charged with malicious injury to property, a felony. This crime is punishable by imprisonment in the state penitentiary for up to two years or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or by both fine and imprisonment.

Court records show on Oct. 5 Alfalfa County Deputy TJ Rockenbach received a report that someone had deliberately backed into a vehicle and then left the scene. He went to the location on West Broadway in Aline where he saw a red Chevrolet fou...
