Northwestern's artist-in-residence Ashley Freinberg will present a mixed media workshop at the university on Oct. 30 and display her artwork in downtown Alva during the First Friday Artwalk on Nov. 1.
Northwestern Oklahoma State University's Fine Arts department will play host to an artist's talk and collage/mixed media workshop on Oct. 30 beginning at 6 p.m. in the Jesse Dunn art annex, room 324, on the Alva campus. The event is free and open to all ages and skill levels.
Los Angeles-based painter Ashley Freinberg, who has been serving as the visual arts program's artist-in-residence since the beginning of September, will begin the evening discussing her work and journey as an artist.
