RUSSELVILLE, Ark. – The 2019 Ranger Women's Basketball season opens on Friday, Nov. 8, during the MIAA/GAC Challenge. With that being said the annual preseason poll was released earlier this afternoon. Northwestern Oklahoma State comes in projected to finish eighth in the conference.
