Memphis Zoo wants public's help to name jaguar cubs

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) — The Memphis Zoo is asking the public to help chose a name for its two new jaguar cubs.

The Commercial Appeal reports it costs $1 to cast a vote, and the proceeds go to help care for the jaguars. Voters are asked to choose one of three possible name combinations. They are Izzy and Gigi, Vida and Frida, or Lulu and Bella. The online poll is available on the zoo's website .

The female cubs were born on Sept. 4 and introduced to the public earlier this month. They will be on exhibit in mid-November.
