Kansas voters go to the polls for a municipal election Tuesday, Nov. 5. In Kiowa, five men filed to fill three seats on the city council. They are: BJ Duvall, Brian Hill, Russ Molz, Perry Sciara and Kevin Wise. The Newsgram had the candidates answer questions from the same questionnaire to tell why they are running for council. Due to a death in the family, Molz didn't get his completed. He is a longtime councilmember. Kevin Wise was out of town and unable to participate, which is regrettable. In the past months Wise has attended numerous council meetings.
