Sam Moran, Aline-Cleo freshman, was awarded his Eagle rank at Bartlesville earlier this month. Most of his achievements were done with Troop 2, First United Methodist Church, in Bartlesville. He presently is a member of Troop 125 in Fairview.

Moran completed the rank of Eagle in less than two years. The average scout takes four years. His dedication to scouts is apparent: he is a member of the Order of the Arrow. The O. A. is a service branch of Boy Scouts that is difficult to get into.
