November 6, 2019

On a beautiful fall night in Medicine Lodge, Kansas, the Indians won their first playoff game in 32 years, defeating the Central-Burden Raiders 58-12.

Medicine Lodge started fast and finished strong racking up 278 yards on the ground and 144 yards through the air. The Indians finished with over 400 yards of offense and eight touchdowns.

Though Medicine Lodge made a few mistakes during the game, they were able to recover and find a way to end the game early. The Indian defense gave up a few big plays, but was solid otherwise.

Medicine Lodge was led in rushing by Josh Bowman who had 16 carries for 138 yards and four touchdowns. Cauy Scripsick led the Indians in receiving with five catches for 41 yards and one touchdown.

On the defensive side of the ball, Cauy Scripsick led the way with 13 tackles and one interception. Theron Wedel also had an interception in the game.
