Happy belated birthday, Cleo. On Nov. 9 a long time ago, an unusual child was born. She was really cute the day she was born, and still is today.

Stupid city officials at work: In Las Vegas they now have a law that fines homeless people up to $1,000 and/or six months in jail for sleeping on the streets. If you had a thousand dollars you wouldn't have to sleep on the street. It doesn't solve any problems, but gives homeless people a record, making it even harder...
