A Waynoka man has been charged with blackmail. According to information filed in the case, Loren Robert Harris, 47, is charged with felony blackmail for allegedly threatening to expose personal information that would subject Kristen Harris to ridicule along with the threat that this information would be communicated to her employment and the public unless she performed sexual favors to him. This crime is punishable by a fine of up to $10,000 or imprisonment for up to five years, or both.
