Alfalfa County to go out on six-month bids

The Alfalfa County commissioners met at their usual time and place Monday morning with a relatively short agenda. Jay Hague, Stan Tucker and Marvin Woodall began by approving minutes from last week's meeting and went on to review and approve blanket purchase orders, monthly officer reports, and maintenance and operation warrants for payment.

With no road crossing permits to sign off on, the trio moved to the next agenda item to discuss safety-sensitive roles, job descriptions and positions in regards to the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Act. Last week, commissioners began discussing the process o...
