Conspiracy, sexual battery charges filed involving JCCC employee, inmates

Charges have been filed against two people connected with James Crabtree Correctional Center (JCCC) in Helena.

Barmun Kiani, 39, who is an inmate in the custody of the Department of Corrections (DOC), has been charged with conspiracy. This felony crime is punishable by imprisonment for up to ten years, or a fine of up to $5,000, or both.

Harley Christina Alaire Jones, 24, of Helena, has been charged with sexual battery, a felony punishable by imprisonment for up to ten years. She is also charged with felony conspiracy.
