CHIEFTAINS SEASON ENDS IN A CLOSE ONE, COACH CANTRELL COMMENTS

– Friday night the South Barber Chieftains football team ended their season with a hard-fought loss of 20-28 to Osborne as they went for the Sectional title. Coach Matt Cantrell said, "I've never been more proud of a team than this one. They came out half strength, with all the injuries, and battled hard. They played with guts and determination against the No. 1 team in the state. That's all you can ask for as a coach."
