Recently, at College Hill, we began a series of sermons from the Gospel of Mark (we are now 12 weeks into the study and still in chapter 3). Videos are available on You Tube under Dr. W. Jay Tyree, if you’d like to catch up. In the first of those sermons, in which we tried to introduce John Mark, the author of the Gospel, we noticed just how many famous people he could “name drop” on his resume.
