Alva School Board hires IT director, hears school report card results

Trevor Lohrding is the new IT Director for Alva Public Schools.
Trevor Lohrding was confirmed Monday by the Alva Board of Education as the new IT director for the school district.
Superintendent Tim Argo reported the resignation of Kaitlin Bouziden as full time IT director. Bouziden will continue to work one day a week for five hours to help in the transition. Argo said she also offered to continue to be available for consultation.
The superintendent announced the resignation of Coley Beleele as a custodian at Alva High School effective Jan. 9. He is planning to further his education in Oklahoma City.
