No filings for Cherokee, Freedom school elections

Filing is open through 5 p.m. today, Dec. 4, for the April school election in Oklahoma. As of 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, no one had filed for the Freedom or Cherokee school board positions.

Alfalfa County

Two people have filed for the school board position in the Timberlake School District. They are Levi Johnson and Kodee Nickel.

T. J. Rockenbach has filed for the Burlington School Board. No one has filed for Cherokee.

Woods County

Incumbent Larry G. Parker has filed for position No. 5 on the Alva School Board. Stanley Kline, also an incumbent, has filed for Northwest Technology. Garrett Gum has fi...
