Lady Eagles soar past Lady Longhorns

Summer Ralston rises above the fray and scores 2 points.
The Freedom Lady Eagles outscored the Darrouzett Lady Longhorns 43 to 8 Tuesday night.
The Lady Eagles kept the Lady Longhorns scoreless until the second quarter. The Lady Eagles forced 26 Darrouzett turnovers and out-rebounded the Lady Longhorns 35 to 23.
Senior player Summer Ralston scored 13 points and led the team in rebounds. Junior Tamlynn Link led the team with 17 points, and sophomore Ariana White made 13 points.
The Lady Eagles face the Sharon-Mutual Lady Trojans this Friday at 6:30 at home. FPS is promoting "Pink Out" night in order to support Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation Cancer research. A 50/50 fundraiser is planned.
