Have you received a robo-call with the caller ID of someone you know?

Doug Shadel in AARP Magazine explains how easy it is to spoof someone’s phone number. It was irritating enough to receive the telemarketer calls, which were limited to land lines listed in the phone book. They have expanded into the cell phone market as fewer phone numbers are published.
