Eleven women gathered Monday night, Dec. 2, at First Presbyterian Church of Alva for the annual Presbyterian Women Christmas Party and white elephant gift exchange.
Ida Evans opened the Christmas program with a prayer. Members exchanged gifts and warm memories of Christmas past. Some memories included history of Christmas celebrations in the church prior to the current church building....
