Rail Park Authority focuses on water limitations

The Avard Regional Rail Park Authority, comprised of Chairman Stan Bixler, Todd Holder, Allan Poe, Ed Sutter, Bob Firth met last Tuesday evening and were accompanied by Sonja Williams, Woods County Economic Development Committee (WCEDC) executive director and County Clerk Shelley Reed. In the gallery was Woods County commissioner Randy McMurphy. Board members approved minutes from their Oct. 8 meeting and after foregoing an executive session, moved on to talk about future plans for the rail park.
