Woods County Commissioners Randy McMurphy, David Hamil and John Smiley met for a regular meeting Monday morning. Jason Bergdall with Yellowhouse brought paperwork on the purchase with financing of a 772G John Deere grader for District 3. The commissioner approved the purchase which will be financed through Shattuck National Bank.

The commissioners also approved and signed the division order with BCE-Mach LLC in Section 18, Township 29N, Range 13 West. This agreement was approved earlier but needed final approval and signatures.
