The Petunia Garden Club met at Carole Grover's home in Byron for their annual Christmas luncheon. Grover served a delicious lunch. She had beautiful decorations throughout her home with a very special Christmas tree that was made by her husband Ed. The tree was surrounded with Hallmark Villages with track and train.

After lunch the ladies retired to Grover's sunroom for their meeting, with Grover reading a story for children aged 3 to 83 called "The Littlest Christmas Tree."

Following the program roll call was taken with members answering with their favorite Christmas tradition.

Members present were Shirley Bellah, Barbara Case, Wanda Cox, Marilyn Davison, Barbara Faulkner, Carole Grover, Cyndi Hosler, Betty McMurphy, Joanne Price, Eleanor Ring, Sandra Schubert and Janet Wanger.

Everyone received a door prize from Grover, which was a very special goodie sack.

The next Petunia Garden Club meeting will meet at the Cherokee Strip Museum with Edith Wiebener as hostess and Eleanor Ring as co-hostess.
